Following Goal.com’s revelation that the Chile international’s representative will be in Italy this week, the midfielder has acknowledged the transfer negotiations
Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Arturo Vidal has confirmed that his agent is in discussion with Juventus over a possible transfer this summer.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Italian giants in recent days following his excellent performances in the 2010-11 Bundesliga campaign.
Vidal, who had earlier admitted his interest in playing for the Turin club, has now stated that his representative Fernando Felicevich is negotiating with Juve.
“My agent is talking to Juventus, a club that I love,” the former Colo-Colo star is quoted as saying by Goal.com Italy. “I will soon hear news from [my agent] Felicevich and understand the proposal offered to me by Juventus. Do I feel like a Juventus player already? Let’s just say that my agent is working to make this happen.”
