To the visiting fans
Welcome to the city of Copenhagen. The information given in this letter is very important and should make your stay in Copenhagen more comfortable.
We sincerely wish you a very good and pleasant football match. We therefore want to make a serious appeal to your sportsmanship.
General information
If you don’t have a legal ticket, or no ticket at all, you’re not allowed in the stadium to see the match.
While visiting our city you have to obey the following rules:
- Every offence has consequences for you in order to you attending the match. This is normal police procedure according to Football matches.
- Please behave, as a good supporter should do.
- Listen to your own stewards. Misbehaviour of a few fans could have consequences for all of you.
- It is an offence to have knives, fireworks, teargas, sticks etc.
- It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol on the streets. This is only permitted in restaurants, pubs etc. and on their terraces.
- Please use the toilets (there are public toilets). It will be regarded as an offence if you don’t use these facilities.
- Police officers have, at any time and under any circumstance, the authority to ask you for your passport. It is an offence to not immediately identify you to a police officer if asked to do so.
- You have to follow any order given to you by a police officer. To not do so is an offence.
If you don’t follow our rules it is possible that you will be arrested and punished immediately by the Public Prosecutor.
Telia Parken Stadium:
The stadium of Telia Parken, which is home ground for F. C. Copenhagen, has its own rules. The police will support the stewards who will ask you to obey these rules.
The most important rules inside the stadium are:
- Your clothes will be searched at the entrances. Please leave bags, with the things you bought, in your cars or coaches.
- Knives, bottles, sticks, tin, all kinds of fireworks, umbrellas and extra lighters are not permitted and the possession is an offence.
- Every offence has the consequence that you’re not allowed inside the stadium and you will be arrested.
- When you have used too much alcohol, drugs or other stimulating products, you will be removed out of the stadium and you will not see the match.
- It is possible to buy food and drinks inside the stadium.
- After the match you will have to stay for about 15-30 minutes in your segregated area.
Please make notice of this:
On the day of the match there will be NO sale of tickets.
If you have obtained your ticket (also legal tickets) in a different way than by courtesy of your club you will not be allowed to be inside the turnstiles. Visiting fans will only (exclusive) be permitted in the area D-1. For them there will be good facilities and no problems.
On behalf of all the authorities and the clubs involved, we ask you to discourage the travelling to the stadium of Telia Parken/F. C. Copenhagen without tickets or without the right tickets.
If you have any question at all you can always ask our Stewards ore a police-officers. They will be pleased to help you.
